Event: Afghanistan Night

Date: Saturday April 20, 2019 

Thank you for your interest in participating in our event! Afghanistan Night anticipates an estimate of 981 attendees, and aims to present an evening promoting the Afghan culture to the youth and establishing a solid, unified Afghan community. Please note that vendors will only be selected based on meeting the event’s mission and at the discretion of the event board organization.

 

Requirements

-Vendors are required to pay a fixed reservation cost of $500 (or based on the sponsor packages they selected)

-For Vendors selling products, Vendors are required to donate 20% of total profit proceeds to program organizers (Afghan American Academy) for maintaining organizing costs

-Vendors must submit the application below with the total payment no later than 3/31/2019

-Vendor will be allowed to be promote services and/or sell their products during dinner and live music only (8:00 pm to 10:00 pm). This includes set-up as well.
