Afghanistan Night Sponsor Packages 
(For Businesses)

A Night of Unity, Culture, and Music

 

An organized event with an anticipated 981+ attendees and making sure it is a memorable night requires effort and resources. We are blessed with so many selfless Afghan’s who have dedicated their time as volunteers to work on this project. However, we are in need of funding to secure the event space and the logistical needs of the program. Any amount donated to this community cause is greatly appreciated, but for those individuals who really want to make a difference, below are our sponsorship packages.

 

Platinum Package (Plahteen)  - $3,000 or More

  • The sponsor will receive recognition for their business during the program (in between different scheduled events, exp: attan, talent show, etc.) - 30 seconds

  • The sponsor will be allowed to hand out business brochures and other printed material for advertising

  • The sponsor business logo will be on the printed advertising ad flyer

  • The sponsor will be allowed the option of having a table for advertising/promotional purposes only for their business

  • The sponsor gets 5 free tickets

  • The sponsor will have VIP seating

 

 Gold Package (Telah) - $1,500 or More

  • The sponsor will be allowed to hand out business brochures and other printed material for advertising

  • The sponsor will be allowed the option of having a table for advertising/promotional purposes only for their business

  • The sponsor logo will be on the printed advertising ad flyer

  • The sponsor gets 3 free tickets

  • The sponsor will have VIP seating

 

Silver Package (Nukra) - $500 or More

  • The sponsor business logo will be on the printed advertising ad flyer

  • The sponsor will be allowed the option of having a table for advertising/promotional purposes only for their business

  • The sponsor will be allowed to hand out promotional material at event

  • The sponsor gets 2 free tickets

 

Bronze Package (Miss) - $100 or More

  • Honorable mention in printed or digital form (TBD)

  • The sponsor gets 1 free ticket

  • Non-business or individuals can participate

However, we are in need of funding to secure the event space and the logistical needs of the program. Non-Profit Organizations ($500)

  • Live recognition during the program

    • They will have the option of presenting their organization during the program (maximum of 2 minutes)​

  • Distribution rights for any organization related awareness material

  • Organization will be featured on any printed, digital and promotional advertising material

  • Sponsorship table at the program during food and live music

  • 2 free tickets
